Ingredients:
- 30 g Makhana
- 10 g Cashews
- 45 Saffron strands
- 23 drops Vanilla Essence
- 45 Figs (soaked)
- Chia seed – for garnish
- Rose petals – for garnish
- 300 ml Water
- 200 g Fresh fruits 1 Bowl
Method:
- Wash makhana, cashew and figs in fresh water.
- Soak makhana, cashew, figs, and saffron in 300 ml water for at least 1 hours.
- Add all the ingredients in a blender & blend until a thick milk is formed.
- Store it in a refrigerator to cool down .
- Serve with fresh fruits & garnish it with dried berries & raisins.

Note:-
1. If any of the ingredient is mentioned in the recipe is non- suiting to you, can skip or ask for the substitute.
2. Adjust the amount of water for desired custard thickness.
3. Using jaggery instead of sugar will darken the custard; stick to sugar for the traditional light colour if figs are not enough.
